As soon as the bad weather subsides, everyone wants to get outside. After trips, walks and recreational activities that can be done outdoors, it is good to replenish energy.
One of the best forms of this is grilling, outdoor baking and cooking. Starting with the simplest grill dishes, we can reach the higher levels of grill gastronomy.
You can grill "everything". From vegetables to sausages to hamburgers and steaks.

Grilled vegetables

After cleaning, cut the vegetables into the right size. Various fruit and vegetable cutters can help us with this.
Then we coat them with spicy oil and they can go on the grill.

Grill sausages

You can buy sausages at the butcher or at the market, but the really brave and talented can also try their own recipes. The filling for the sausages can be prepared according to many recipes. The most important thing is to grind the meat to the right size.
A good meat mincer is essential for mincing.
Seasoning can then follow. Here, we can use our creativity and season the sausages according to our taste and the needs of our guests, from mild to spicey, from the Far East to the Bavarian. A  meat mixer selected according to the amount to be mixed meat helps in mixing the sausage meat.
After proper seasoning and mixing, the sausage filling can come. After a little practice, we too can become real sausage-stuffing "artists". A professional sausage filler can help us with this.

Balkán grill

Since we are increasingly visiting Croatia on the Adriatic Sea, as well as the other ex-Yugoslav republics, whether on vacation, skiing, or just visiting the beautiful cities, we inevitably come into contact with the gastronomy of the Balkans.

A significant part of this is grilled food. Such are the already well-known čevačići (ćevačići), pljeskavica (pljeskavica), robber meat (ražnjići) and many other delicacies.

Cevačići and pljeskavica are made from similar ingredients with minor differences. They are based on minced meat (if possible, mixed meat: veal, pork, lamb).
Many people often overthink seasoning, even though it is very simple. According to the original recipes, only salt, pepper and baking soda or soda water should be added to the meat mass, according to taste.

We can shape the cevap into the right sausage shape with wet hands, while a hamburger press is a great help for the pljeskavica.

You can make the meat of your choice with any meat and vegetables, but the favorites are pork tenderloin and chicken breast.
