SAMMIC MM-50V immersion blender motor unit
Commercial kitchen immersion blender motor unit suitable for industrial use. Because of the adjustable speed and the attachable stem, many products can be made.
The separately available MA-51 stem or MA-52 stem can be used for pulping (vegetables, potatoes, soups, etc.) or creams (onions, peppers, tomatoes, etc.) and various sauces, max. Up to 80/120 L-ig.
The separately available BA-50-as whisk arm can be used for make egg foam, creams, mayonnaise, omelette.
Easy to disassemble and clean.
Adjustable speed:
- with pulping stem 1.500-12.000 rpm
- with whisk arm 200-1.500 rpm
