Smooth transaction. The only glitch was that there was supposed to be a confirmation mail from GLS acknowledging that the package was in transit and also when it was supposed to be delivered. This was never the case. Other than than perfectly smooth buy and transaction. br Jan

Nothing to complain about. I was tracking the availability of this specific color online, the website sent me an email really early in the morning saying that it was available. I ordered it in the same morning and received it in the next morning, even though I live relatively close to Budapest (in Slovakia ~200km away) I was surprised with how fast the shipping/delivery was.I am definitely bookmarking Gastro Webshop as a favorite for kitchen appliances purchases. Thank you!
Good customer service, resolved some issues and questions about the product in no time, the order was at my place in 2 days after payment, well protected shipment, no damages, I got what I ordered, good price. The only thing that is not in order is frequent e-mails about pending orders - about once every day. Consider less frequent e-mails or direct phone contact in order to resolve why the order is pending after lets say 5 reminders. Otherwise great job, hope I'll be able to order soon again.
