Can the GAMMO electric gyros-kebab knife 100mm (Article number: KS-100E) be used to skin RAW pork belly? I want to remove the skin from whole pieces of uncooked meat. Also, do you sell replacement blades for this model if the original one gets dull from the tough skin?
