GAMMO electric fryer with drain tap 10 liters
Professional tabletop electric fryer made from stainless steel, tabletop design. Due to it's size it is easy to move and it fits in small spaces.
After use you can drain the oil, it is easy to disassamble and to clean.
Recommended for use in bars, bistros and food trucks.
Capacity: 10 liter - sufficient for frying up to 1.5 kg of french fries

Minimum oil load: 6 L
Maximum oil load: 8 L
Cold zone (part under the heating element is colder, does not burn fallen crumbs, so the oil can continued to be used)
