FM STG-111 M GAS combisteamer 11 trays GN1/1 GAS

Professional gas combisteamer with manual control.
Dry heat, vapour or mixed cooking modes at 25-250 C° temperature range.
Simple and user friendly control.

Can be used in non-stop mode or with timer (0-120 minute). End of cycle alarm. The glass door opens from left to right, and its equipped with a safety switch.
Adjustable humidity between 0%-100%, reversible fan, internal LED light.

Capacity: 11 pcs GN1/1 size (325x530mm) trays (trays are not included in price!)

Door opens in 180° and is equipped with folding glass for an easy cleaning
